As the Global Real Estate EMEA & APAC CFO within Finance & Business Management, you will support the GRE CFO, the EMEA & APAC GRE Region Leads, and the broader GRE Leadership team in aligning firmwide business plans to site-by-site real estate strategies and financial forecasts. You will lead a team of experienced professionals overseeing financial analytics, capital project plans, LOB allocations, site-level expense forecasts, real estate transaction modeling, investment decision governance, and business management. In this role, you will be expected to synthesize complex plans and messages to CFOs and senior leadership across the firm, drive the execution of the regional real estate strategy, ensure decision alignment across businesses and real estate functions, drive continuous process improvements, and support GRE and Firmwide initiatives. You will manage a team of ~15 finance and business management professionals.

This is a fast-paced role, requiring flexibility and comfort with frequent shifts in priorities as real estate reacts to LOB and senior leadership requests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive cadence and production of budget and monthly forecast at a site level and create reporting and analytics for the GRE CFO and EMEA & APAC Real Estate Regional Leads, ensuring forecast and budget reflect the most up to date assumptions and strategies
  • Provide reporting oversight, ensuring deadlines are met and that reporting is accurate and timely
  • Develop financial analysis to support market-specific, data-driven decisions (e.g., buy vs lease, relocations, expansions/downsizes/exits, sublet opportunities)
  • Provide regular and ad hoc strategic reporting to CFOs and senior management, offering transparency into real estate strategies and expense
  • Oversee business management support for EMEA & APAC Real Estate Regional Leads
  • Partner with the Real Estate functions (e.g. Design & Construction, Property Management, Transactions, Regional Strategy, Incentives Group) to develop project-level Capital Plan, OPEX forecasts, and other P&L drivers; providing oversight to ensure effective decision making on all expenditures
  • Drive process efficiencies, enhance controls, and introduction of AI/automation
  • Assist in prioritization, implementation, and measurement of key priorities, goals, and targets for the business
  • Synthesize complex plans and messages to CFOs and senior leadership across the firm to help drive decisions
