Job responsibilities

  • Support team coverage during peak periods to maintain service levels and operational resiliency
  • Coordinate timely submission of discretionary corporate action instructions to custodians
  • Produce daily reconciliations and management reporting to support oversight and control
  • Investigate and resolve complex enquiries, escalating issues and risks when appropriate
  • Review breaks and trends to identify potential risks, control gaps, and recurring system issues
  • Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, finance, product, audit, and client teams to manage risk and service delivery
  • Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen process governance

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of the transaction and trade lifecycle and how operational processes support it
  • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate, deadline-driven processing in a controlled environment
  • Proven reconciliation, investigation, and problem-solving capability, including root-cause identification
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently
  • Experience explaining process changes or improvement ideas in a structured, practical way to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong risk awareness, including sound judgment on when and how to escalate issues

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
