Help shape how AI is adopted at scale and embedded into real business workflows. In this role, you will work with a high-visibility leadership team focused on delivering measurable commercial impact through AI. You will gain broad exposure across strategic priorities and senior stakeholders, while building a strong foundation in AI-enabled transformation. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and translating strategy into execution, this is a chance to make a meaningful impact.
As a Strategy Associate in the AI Enablement team within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will support the PMO for AI upskilling and adoption and partner across the broader AI Enablement leadership team. You will translate complex, fast-moving activity into coordinated execution, clear management information, and executive-ready decision support. Acting in a Chief of Staff capacity to AI Enablement Leads, you will connect work across pillars, identify dependencies and emerging risks, and help leaders make informed decisions. You will flex across priorities rather than sit within a single pillar, shifting focus as needs evolve. This role is well-suited to someone with a strategy or consulting mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
