Are you experienced in change management and have strong knowledge of Securities Services? Then you found the right position for you!

As a Vice President Securities Lead within the Network Management Agent Transitions team, you will lead and coordinate delivery of complex change impacting the agent bank and financial market infrastructure (FMI) network, with a primary focus on Securities Services and associated post-trade operating models. You will operate across ambiguity, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and bring structure to a portfolio of strategic and mandatory change across Securities, Cash and Legal Entity-related activity. You will combine disciplined project delivery with a strong risk and control mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead Securities-focused change delivery across the Agent Transitions portfolio, ensuring projects impacting custody/clearing/settlement and related post-trade activities are delivered with strong market readiness and stakeholder alignment.
  • People management, directly manage and develop a team of Project Managers, including coaching, objective setting, performance feedback, and supporting career progression; foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Own delivery plans from evaluation and planning through execution, stabilization, and post-implementation review, ensuring clear outcomes, cutovers, and controls are embedded.
  • Drive portfolio discipline for Securities workstreams, including prioritization input, sequencing, dependencies, and governance routines to support senior management oversight.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions that may affect delivery timelines, client outcomes, or operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Network Management, driving timely decisions and clear accountability.
  • Partner with Global and Regional Heads to ensure a consistent approach to transition activity across markets/regions and alignment to Network Management standards.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, controls and reporting are maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle to support audit readiness and transparent governance.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across processes, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, including adoption of best practices and lessons learned.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Significant experience in program, project or change management within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Securities Services and post-trade processes/operating models (e.g., custody, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, market infrastructure interactions).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
  • Proven track record managing governance, prioritization, risks/issues, dependencies, and senior reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce concise senior-level updates and decision materials.
  • Strong focus on controls, accountability, and clear delivery outcomes; comfortable operating in a regulated environment.
  • People management experience, including developing talent and supporting career progression.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Network Management, agent bank/custodian transitions, clearing or securities operations, or coordination across external providers/market infrastructures/vendors.
  • Knowledge of legal entity change and its impact across products, markets, and operating models.
  • Experience coordinating global/regional stakeholders across time zones and driving consistent execution across regions.
  • Experience improving project governance, portfolio transparency, reporting, or resource allocation.
  • Experience leading innovation initiatives or embedding new ways of working (e.g., improved reporting/data visualization).
