Make it easier for Payment sales teams to move faster—with clear guardrails, stronger controls, and scalable ways of working. The sales team helps deliver meaningful improvements across governance, processes, and sales tooling that directly impact the sales experience. You’ll build visibility through communications and reporting that help leaders make decisions and execute priorities. You’ll gain broad exposure by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. Join a team where your organization, analysis, and collaboration help drive measurable outcomes.

As a Sales Practices Associate in Global Payments Sales, you will support initiatives across governance, controls, process improvement, artificial intelligence (AI), sales tooling, communications, training, and reporting. Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, business management, control management, and technology, you will help drive business priorities, strengthen processes and controls, and support the delivery of key Sales Practices programs. You will apply strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Support Sales Practices initiatives across governance, controls, process improvement, sales enablement, and business transformation activities.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, track milestones, identify dependencies, and support implementation of business priorities.

  • Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of processes, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency, consistency, and risk management.

  • Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, governance materials, and related program artifacts.

  • Support initiatives related to customer relationship management (CRM) enhancements, workflow tools, sales enablement technologies, and other business applications.

  • Gather business requirements, coordinate user testing activities, document feedback, and support rollout activities.

  • Develop and maintain communications, training materials, job aids, manager resources, presentations, and other support content.

  • Translate policy, process, and program changes into clear and actionable communications tailored to different audiences.

  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting to support oversight, governance, and management decision-making, including dashboards, metrics, and management insights.

  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities and risks, and provide insights to support business objectives.

  • Prepare presentations, status updates, governance materials, and briefing documents, and coordinate meetings, working sessions, action tracking, and follow-up activities across multiple initiatives, including change management and adoption activities associated with process enhancements, sales tooling, and strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience developing business communications, training materials, presentations, or reporting deliverables.

  • Experience with process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, workflow technologies, AI-enabled business tools, or business process automation solutions.

  • Experience developing reporting, dashboards, metrics, or management insights.
