At Chase we believe in doing things differently, with our customers at the forefront of our minds. As one of our Fraud Specialists, you will be a key part of our approach. Using your investigative mindset, you will respond and manage fraud risks, protecting our customers and reducing losses for both them and the bank. You will be in direct contact, and use your relationship building skills, and problem solving ability to empathetically mange your cases.
What you will need to be a great Chaser?
Your people skills will be key in this role, the conversations may be emotive, with some customers being victims of scams or fraud. With your careful questioning, you will understand and evaluate risk, mitigating the impact to both customers and the bank.
Using your experience in a similar role, you will use your passion for delivering a high quality service, with your analytical approach to get to the bottom of your cases and respond accordingly. A background in investigations, compliance, risk, fraud, analysis or banking will allow you to be successful.
Your role will be shift based and will include morning, evening and weekend work on rotation. You will be given the option to work the shifts across 4, or 5 days per week.
