Job description: The role will require the individual to join an existing Operational Resilience Change Program to run one of the four strategic program pillars focused on driving excellence in the CIB’s approach to operational resilience. This will require close collaboration across the CIB lines of business, as well as wider corporate functions including Firmwide Business Resilience and Compliance.
Summary of Responsibilities: The increasing focus on Operational Resilience from our regulators and clients is reflected in our ambition to be ‘best in class’. Building on the foundation and strength of the firm’s operational resilience framework and the implementation of the first phase of the UK Operational Resilience regulations, the role holder will be responsible for driving an uplift in the quality, standardization and automation of the CIB’s resilience data; program management of the creation of data loss playbooks for essential services; integration with the risk and control framework; and the uplift and implementation of a robust resiliency testing framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program management across multiple streams of work withing the driving excellence pillar
- Identification of opportunities to enhance processes and the quality of CIB’s resiliency data
- Develop and execute a communication plan to accurately and positively reflect the CIB’s resilience position
- Communicate and escalate appropriately with stakeholders
- Build strong partnership with Business/ Operations partners, Technology and Compliance

Experience Required:
- Experience in an investment banking Regulatory, Compliance or Operational team is desirable

- Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload
