Global Investigations (GI) is the investigative division of Global Security (GS). The mission of GI is to fairly and impartially investigate allegations of wrongdoing, without regard to an individual’s position or relationship to the Firm, in accordance with the Firm’s Codes of Conduct, local laws and applicable regulations. GI is an independent group that conducts both internal and external investigations.
Summary of Core Responsibilities
- Report to the Executive Director responsible for EMEA Investigations
- Impartially carry out investigations into code of conduct breaches, whether fraud related or breaches of the code accordance with company and local procedures, laws and regulations.
- Complete accurate well written reports for consideration of senior management and Employee Relations (ER)
- Present facts and brief senior management on investigations undertaken ensuring accuracy of detail with supporting timelines and continuity that properly reflect what has happened outcomes
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance and Control functions when necessary
- Execute all aspects of work with the highest level of integrity

Qualifications:
- Communication and writing experience, focused on attention to detail and continuity
- A strong investigative background either within law enforcement or a comparable conduct related function within industry
- Strong evidence of interview ability and empathy in a conduct related environment where potential wrongdoing is being investigated
- Excellent at relationship building and engaging with a diverse set of internal stakeholders.
- Experience of exercising discretion and sensitive case handling
- Ability to multi-task working on numerous projects with exemplary execution.
