This high profile talent acquisition role will oversee a number of recruiting activities across Corporate Functions & Operations. Our Corporate & Operations teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we’re setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.
The individual will managing a broad client portfolio & execute hires at the senior level. You will be responsible for both operational recruitment activity and strategy and be accountable for sourcing high calibre candidates using various channels to market.
Critical to success will be the ability to forge strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority at a local level but also across a complex, fast moving global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of the recruitment process across Operations & Corporate Functions
- Be a trusted advisor for a number of senior stakeholders across multiple business lines able to consult and advise on complex, senior level hiring as well as high volume growth areas
- Demonstrate ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques
- Partner effectively with HR Business Advisors, Compensation and other HR Specialists in designated areas
- Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions
- Partner with our business on key strategic initiatives and projects (Mobility, Diversity, Events etc)
- HR Interviews & offer negotiations, providing an exceptional new joiner experience
Qualifications
- Extensive Executive Search, In-house or RPO recruitment experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Experience managing a wide range of senior stakeholders & candidates with excellent influence & negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and targets
- Excellent track record of stakeholder management from within a complex organisation
- Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies; including use of technology, market mapping, and direct sourcing
- Experience interviewing and managing the full lifecycle recruitment process ideally for senior level positions
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and Human Resources Business Partners
