As a part of Global Security, Global Workforce Screening is responsible for conducting the Firm’s screening processes in order to ensure a safe and secure working environment and to guard against the potential liability to the Firm’s employees, customers, facilities, assets and reputation.
As a Screening Analyst you are responsible for ensuring that screening checks are conducted and adjudicated in accordance with the firm’s global or regional standards, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has an acute attention to detail, excellent detective skills to obtain supporting information for cases with discrepancies and an ability to stay focused when reviewing high volumes of data is required. Able to manage a case load and continuously able to look for process improvements.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Handling screening cases across a variety of countries, screening types and projects using the firm’s in-house screening capabilities and screening conducted by external vendors;
- Engaging in continuous feedback and process improvement with GWS team, internal partners and stakeholders
- Managing project-based screening initiatives e.g. re-screening programs
- To look to continually improve processes within day-to-day operations and supporting team wide adhoc projects
Technical competencies:
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Client focused mindset providing timely and relevant responses and delivered with a sense of urgency when required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
