We are looking for an outstanding full stack developer with experience in working in a highly-matrixed organization to build the next generation of employee-centric experiences, tooling, tech and help offerings

Specific Role Requirements/Qualifications

  • Technology / Science degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience within a corporate technology environment preferred
  • 5 years’ experience with one or more general purpose programming languages. Java and/or Python preferred
  • 3 years’ experience with modern JavaScript. ReactJS preferred
  • Experience with database design (SQL / NoSQL), message queuing / event streaming
  • Exposure to and understanding of container-based development (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • A desire to expand into Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is advantageous
  • Adherence to coding best practices while still pushing the boundaries of creativity and ingenuity
  • Familiarity with Agile principles
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
  • Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
