Program Manager Cash Account Management

Cash Account Management is a global function responsible for the consistent handling of cash across our account portfolio to ensure efficient utilization of the firm’s cash assets.

  • Consistent corporate wide Nostro operating model
  • Management of cash positions, intraday, end of day, post event
  • Governance of Nostro and Cash Management Standards
  • Provide transparency of and reduce Nostro costs
  • Change management - respond to a changing environment to support business needs
  • Innovate through a defined data strategy

Key Responsibilities:

The Cash Account Management Program Manager will report to the Cash Account Management ( CAM ) Strategic Lead and will own the program management for the function and will own ensuring that project deliveries are aligned to CAM objectives , oversee the delivery of those projects including interdependences, co-ordinate projects and other strategic initiatives across the organization. The initial focus will be on Clearing , but the role responsibilities will extend across further CAM projects. The Cash Account Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Change Delivery
    • Effective co-ordination of project interdependencies
    • Management of Risks and Issues
    • Stakeholder program engagement and collaboration
    • Program communication
  • New Capability
    • Linked with appropriate communication channels to ensure aware of all planned change and co-ordinate impact assessments
    • Working with Business /Product partners to ensure that new products deliver required benefits and meet CAM objectives
    • Impact assessment for CAM understood and required Operational and Technical changes effectively priortized and implemented
    • Highlight areas of the existing plan than need modification
  • Clearing
    • Prioritise deliver of program management for Clearing across CAM taking account of likely demand for extended market coverage and Real Time Payments
