The primary responsibilities include attracting talent into the business, providing strategic recruitment solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs.

Customer Service Recruitment Team Lead

  • You will lead and develop an evolving team of talented recruiters, sourcers and coordinators, managing JPMorgan Chase’s high volume Customer Services recruitment demand across the UK
  • You will work in partnership with business leads to create and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, controls and policies
  • Deliver proactive solutions to marketing and campaign led hiring
  • Partner with senior management, workforce planning, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines
  • Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the client
  • Demonstrate expert level of understanding of talent acquisition needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs
  • Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls

Required Skills

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition volume hiring preferably within Contact Centre environments
  • Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
  • Experience planning and managing networking event or projects
  • Superior multitasking, project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen
  • Able to tell a story with data and metrics
  • Innovative, creative and results oriented
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Expert name generation, networking and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior level candidates and managers
