About you (Associate)

You love technology and are excited to learn new things. You are fluent in at least one main stream programming language. You like collaborating, and are looking forward to working closely with smart people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

Required

• You love writing code and are keen to learn and follow industry best practices
• You are keen to learn and improve skills such as Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), automation
• You are empathetic and listen actively to suggestions from team members
• You have experience in, or are prepared to learn:
  • Java, Spring, Hibernate
  • Go
  • Kotlin
  • Groovy
  • Python
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Cucumber
• You have high standards and have high expectations from the people you work with
• You are curious, innovative and enjoy a challenge
