We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Brand Campaign Manager-EMEA to develop, adapt, manage, and execute regional brand campaigns. This individual will be a key member of the global integrated marketing team and is responsible for creating multi-channel brand campaigns and experiences that effectively build brand awareness and drive the perception of J.P. Morgan Payments to be the most trusted innovator in payments in EMEA. You will develop cohesive campaign strategies, campaign messaging, translate campaign creative briefs into creative solutions, and execute programs across a wide variety of paid, earned, and owned channels.
As the Brand Campaign Manager, you’ll work across cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and deliver results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns, from strategy and ideation to execution and measurement. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts creative (develop compelling and engaging stories aligned to key themes) and strategic (deliver immersive collateral to target audiences via the right channels) and for someone who can work collaboratively and effectively across a highly matrixed organization.
The candidate will work closely with colleagues across global marketing, product & solutions, performance marketing, channels (digital, social, email), events, and communications to build best-in-class campaigns that allow our brand to make meaningful connections with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, from strategic concept to brief development to in-market execution to measurement in support of key business priorities
- Manage day-to-day management of campaign activities (e.g. ideation and creative briefs, project management, performance measurement)
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key campaign touchpoints via paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Work with internal creative teams and agency partners to create marketing assets to support campaign objectives, including web, video, email and other collateral
- Adapt messaging and designs by channel - digital (web and email), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), video, infographics, third-party and paid media, press, and events and webinars.
- Partner with other marketers—including campaign managers, channel owners, and product & industry marketing—to develop campaign plans that increase engagement among our target audience and supports campaign messaging and goals.
- Maintain a multi-channel marketing calendar and program plan to ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing and brand teams
- Manage campaign budget, performance KPIs, and provide top-level and detailed analysis at global and regional levels.
- Own, champion and govern the voice, tone and style guidelines for J.P. Morgan Payments.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience building & executing impactful, innovative, and multidimensional integrated marketing campaigns
- End-to-end project management with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree.
- Experience producing content and creative assets for B2B, B2C audiences or in financial services, business, technology, or ecommerce
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, determine improvements and optimize campaign performance
- Proven ability to manage, influence, and align across cross-functional teams, while interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels.
- High degree of professionalism and flexibility – equally comfortable working independently and as a team.
- Creative, bringing a diverse perspective that makes campaign creative stand out.
- Hands-on experience with day-to-day workflow and project management tools (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and JIRA/Workfront.
