Job Description
As a member of the EPAS AAAS Team, you will promote automation services across multiple organizations within JPMorgan Chase while a facilitating clear communication to management and their teams. Our COEs are open, approachable, collaborative and enjoy working with passionate people. They are proactive in solving problems to help their team(s) succeed. COE team members maintain relationships with EPAS business partners that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Coach multiple teams across various lines of business
- Create an environment of collaboration within the teams and business partners that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach
- Supporting end users to on-board to framework
- Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents
- Coach or mentor teams as applicable
- Participate in the 24x7 support coverage as needed
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
- Able to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)
- Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
- Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies
- Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems
- Possess technical and business acumen to work effectively within a cross-functional Agile team. Business and/or Technology leadership and practical delivery experience required
- Sound understanding of various Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP
- Proficiency in one or more technology domains, may be a cross-domain expert able to solve complex and mission critical problems within a business or across the firm
- Working knowledge of infrastructure components (e.g. routers, load balancers, cloud products, container systems, compute, storage, and networks)
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Jira experience required
