CIB Operations Instabase Program Manager

1. 1. Lead, manage, and drive execution of key projects across CIB/SS Operations for Instabase

Design & drive leadership planning sessions to review the progress of strategic initiatives / programs

Create framework and report on all key program metrics (Global delivery, program performance)

Monitor and track program cadence for business leader and Functional groups.

1. 2. Help in standardization and harmonization of processes best practices across function and locations
   3. Support the governance infrastructure and protocols of the program
   4. Partner closely with teams across Technology, Operations, Business, and Finance teams globally to pilot and implement new projects that creates competitive advantage for the Firm
   5. Lead problem solving and data driven decision making inclusive of process design, re-engineering, and target state modelling in partnership with technology and business stakeholders
   6. Understand our internal stakeholders priorities and capabilities, and how these should shape our target state technology solution, operating model, and process service measurements
   7. Influence at all levels through the organization, flexing message and approach based on audience and context
   8. Actively seek opportunities to lead & contribute to initiatives outside immediate area of responsibility
