For us, that means keeping ourselves customer obsessed and always being open to trying new things. Above all, it's about working with people who are passionate about building the bank of the future.

Our team is at the heart of building this new venture, focused on developing offerings that put the customer at the center. We have created a new organization and we are looking for solution-oriented, commercially minded, customer-focused engineers, used to working in an agile environment who want to be a part of building something new from the ground up within a diverse and inclusive team.

Culture is as important to us and we are looking for intellectually curious, new technology passionate individuals who would like to expand their skills whilst working on a new exciting venture for the firm. Your work will have a massive impact, both on us as a company, as well as our clients and our business partners around the world.

Platform and Content Analyst

We’re looking for someone with platform and content manager experience to help develop and maintain our Sharepoint sites and Intranet pages within a busy People Experience team based in Edinburgh.

We’re looking for someone with technical experience that can work independently to build out our existing sites to improve the user experience and increase engagement.

We’re an open-minded team looking for the best possible solution for our people and if there’s a better way of doing things, we want to know.

We have a number of sites and pages already built, some fit for purpose, and some requiring significant development as our business scales and expands its global footprint. We’re also considering migrating some of our existing Sharepoint sites on to a new intranet platform.

Initially, the role will report to the Communications and Engagement Lead with responsibility for developing and managing content for a new Communications platform. There will also be a project element to this initial placement with an opportunity to help shape the bank’s internal social media platform.

The role will then look across the wider People Experience and Customer Operations team to support with more development and content management.

While Sharepoint and Intranet experience is essential, we don’t expect you to know it all. We need you to have a thirst for learning, a curious mind and the ability to navigate systems and processes, dealing confidently with the technical helpdesk. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to input their own ideas and creativity.

Experience/qualifications

Technology based qualifications or previous work experience required
