Sponsorships:
-
- Assist the J.P. Morgan Sponsorships team on all EMEA sponsorships and select global sponsorships
- Learn to understand the sponsorship scope and how to communicate it internally and externally
- Regularly update relevant roles & responsibilities, asset trackers, creative calendars and sponsorship/event calendars for each property
- Help liaise with the business, business managers and admins to keep them informed of sponsorships, updates and available opportunities
- Manage data maintenance for all sponsorships
- Assist with planning, communication and occasional on-site facilitation for sponsorships
- Helping manage hospitality area, logistical needs and welcome/interact with the attendees
- Develop relationships with the internal and external partners for each sponsorship
Tickets:
-
- Plan the strategic use of firm ticket subscriptions for client events/entertainment at O2 Arena, Lord’s Cricket Ground, Dubai Duty Free Tennis and Chelsea Flower Show
- Organise hospitality catering approvals and orders
- Manage relationship and inflow/outflow of requests from admins and various bankers within CIB
- Manage client nominations and master data for large-scale tournaments
- Manage the ticket allocation, order management and approval processing from the tickets inbox and internal systems
Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented, organised, self-sufficient and motivated
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high energy fast-paced environment
- Good sense of time management, prioritisation and ability to execute against deliverables
- Can problem solve and be proactive in escalation
- Comfortable interacting with senior members of events and the firm
- Good judgment and awareness of organisational hierarchy and respective business needs
- Able to take accountability for sponsorship-related requests and issue solution
- Must be able to roll up your sleeves, have a team player attitude and commit to success
- Willingness to consistently interact with peers, partners, management, relationship managers and clients
Requirements:
-
- Min 0-3 years of experience in marketing, events, tickets, operations, finance or support function
- Basic knowledge of sponsorships, events, sports venues and museums is preferable
- Interest in sports and travel is preferable
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
