We take on responsibility for removal of impediments, whether it’s co-ordination with another team, getting a decision from a stakeholder or ensuring the team remained focused on the product vision. All of our projects are Agile with integrated teams of creative and technical specialists.

SUMMERY OF ROLE/JOB DESCRIPTION –
The Senior Delivery Manager role is for an experienced, disciplined, delivery-focused, and pro-active Lead who has demonstrated execution of a digital product business in a scaled agile delivery framework. The Senior Delivery Manager will be able to coach squads, resolve complex problems and enable highly skilled, cross-functional teams. You’ll be working with product teams responsible for delivering products across Europe. You’ll also be supported by a Principle Delivery Lead who will oversee the Tribe.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for initiative level planning and alignment, data based forecasting, reporting, and identifying and resolving program level risks, dependencies, impediments and blockers.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery quality, managing the flow of work across several delivery squads, the impact of dependencies, and progress towards key deliveries within and across squads
- Enable continuous improvement and high quality outcomes through the application of Agile methodologies, as well as analysing and improving the squads by acting on metrics
