As a Customer Service Team Leader in our Fraud space, you will be a key part of helping us here at Chase do things differently with our customers at the forefront of our minds.
Using your background in Fraud, you will work with the team to boost performance against our key metrics, with a view to continuing to build our customer centric team. Your focus will be on getting the best out of your team, building their knowledge and skills, and most importantly fostering an open and authentic culture.
If your background is in Complaints, Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering or Collections and Recoveries combined with strong Team Leader experience this could be the role for you.
What you will need?
Your role will be very people focused, so your ability to champion your team, delivering feedback and recognition at every opportunity. You will also be customer centric, understanding their behaviour, and sharing your knowledge with your wider team.
Your positivity will be evident, as will your passion for coaching and developing colleagues. Your self-motivation, and desire to keep up to date with the latest best practice will be an example to your team. As important, is your ability to build relationships quickly, have an ability to manage remotely and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable bringing their authentic self to work.
Your role schedule could vary, and may include times where you have to work either in the evening, or at weekends. Applications for Part time, Evening and Weekends welcome too.
