Process Improvement Senior Associate, Operations Innovation and Improvement, Chase UK

As a Process Improvement Senior Associate in our Operations Innovation and Improvement team, you will bring your experience in applying Lean thinking and techniques to analyse and optimise processes, continually improving the experience we deliver to our Customers and Employees.

In your role as Process Improvement Senior Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and improving business processes and systems based on Customer value. Working with a framework of established Change Control policies and procedures, you'll partner with Product Owners and Operations to run improvement projects . You will work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and business benefit realisation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Use Cases and define requirements
  • Analyse current state using data and processes to establish areas for improvement
  • Propose solutions to resolve current process breaks and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Deliver improvement projects on time, to budget and quality
  • Produce compelling Business Cases for approval at Senior Stakeholder level
  • Role model Lean thinking and behaviours, acting as the Lean SME within the Team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Considerable experience in a continual improvement role
  • Accelerated skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to apply Lean thinking, tools and techniques
  • Ability to deliver projects in an Agile environment
  • Strong analytical and time management skills. including a thorough understanding of how to interpret current state and translate into actionable insights and improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts

Desired qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Competent in using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience of working in Financial Services
  • Qualified at Six Sigma green belt or above
