Transaction Processing Trade Services - Analyst (Part Time)

As a Trading Services Analyst, you'll be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigating settlements, and focusing on process re-engineering and automation.

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with operational partners in United States and India to deliver an effective and global operating model
• Partner with technology and product to deliver on initiatives
• Liaise with internal technology partners to design system improvements and conduct end user testing
• Own, maintain, develop and enhance operating procedures and workflow tools
• Oversight and accountability for the calculation and payment of dividends to shareholders
• Review and Submissions of outgoing cash transactions (if any)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Some experience in financial industry
• Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined
• Self-motivated, flexible and place the customer at the center of everything they do
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with all levels in an organization
• Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
