As a Global Learning & Development Manager you will devise and support a global staff learning and development that sets our people up for success! Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our leaders to diagnose needs related to achieving strategic business objectives, meeting employees’ development needs, and/or growth/expansion initiatives
- Devise and support effective practical solutions
- Measure outcomes and evaluate effectiveness; learn and iterate to continually improve and adapt to changing circumstances
- Partner proactively and effectively with Learning and other HR colleagues across JPMorgan Chase to make the most of our resources and align appropriately as well as our specialist partner training team’s (UK and Manila)
- Design and deliver cohort experiences for program participants
- Ensure the organization benefits from the best input from external and internal sources on learning modalities, techniques and providers; assess emerging trends to implement the best learning and development outcomes for the business
- We have a flexible and informal approach to role boundaries and there is opportunity to contribute more broadly
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Recognized expertise in Learning & Development within a global environment, including training design and delivery across multiple approaches (classroom, e-learning, communities of practice etc with relevant experience of learning and development, organisational development, business psychology, talent management and/or employee engagement
- Able to develop a thorough understanding of International Consumer Banking’s products, systems and ways of working and absorb and instill our BeDynamo International Consumer Banking culture
- Apply innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve
- Leverage a network of subject matter experts inside and outside of International Consumer Banking
- Know how to build and maintain employee delight, engagement, loyalty, morale and inspiration
- Comfortable working in an environment with high ambiguity and uncertainty, and are able to pivot fast whilst being people and customer centric with a real focus on ‘out of the box thinking’
- Be passionate & curious about people, take extreme accountability, think commercially, have a great sense of humour and most of all, care!
