About the Role

Are you an individual who is organized, innovative, and passionate about education? As our Learning Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Firmwide Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team, spending a majority of your time supporting the development, review, and evergreening of training content as well as contributing to and managing training program schedules and logistics. You’ll work independently but also as part of a global team making a difference around the world.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, review and evergreening of training programs and content
  • Provide creative ideas and solutions for developing engaging, successful training programs
  • Partner with the required teams to organize our training efforts onto the Learning Management System (LMS), including adding new content to the system
  • Support the build of training program schedules, maintenance, and communications
  • Build and manage our growing list of adjunct faculty and speakers
  • Opportunities to facilitate training, participate in audits, and grow within all areas of Cybersecurity Education & Awareness for the firm

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Training Design
  • Strong work ethic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and/or building successful training programs from beginning to end
  • Proven experience working with design teams to develop in-house material
  • Proven experience developing training programs or projects for software engineers a major plus
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories; staying up-to-date on trends and learning methodologies
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; ability to design engaging PowerPoint presentations and communicate with and influence stakeholders and partners of all levels
  • Independent thinker, bringing innovation and problem-solving skills to the table
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge
  • Skilled in data analytics
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum Master experience a plus
Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, as well as SharePoint and Confluence
