Job responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Representing FBRT with LOB, Corporate Functions and Regional Resiliency Teams in reviewing new/emerging regulatory requirements
  • Ensure potential regulatory requirements that are in Excess of Firm Requirements are captured and reviewed
  • Supporting the implementation programme for the Business resiliency Legal Entity Framework, working closely with the Project Management Officer to ensure the project plan is kept accurate, meeting materials and agenda are completed and communicated ahead of meetings
  • Provide support to the Legal Entity team working with stakeholders to refine tooling requirements in support of the Legal Entity stream
  • Manage the inventory of enhancements to our Business Resiliency planning tool impacting Legal Entity
  • Assist in the development of an emerging team, in an area gaining more visibility across the Firm

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Clear, concise and tailorable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction and ability to work well under pressure
  • Act with integrity, and display problem solving ability and resourcefulness
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in a Regulatory, Resiliency, Risk Management, Compliance and/or in a related Control function preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
