As a Business Resiliency Lead, you will partner with BR Plan Owners and Plan Managers to ensure effective business resiliency planning is in place and tested to ensure operations will continue during disruptive events with minimal impact. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role within an interesting and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Plan Owners and Plan Managers to manage LoB’s BR Plans
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Plan Owners and Plan managers
- Demonstrate analytical skills in assessing resiliency risks within the assigned portfolio
- Manage the quality and effectiveness of resiliency strategy within assigned portfolio
- Provide oversight to senior management of the LoB’s Business Resiliency (BR) plans
- Influence appropriate prioritization of resiliency risk mitigation activities
Role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Business Resiliency experience
- Focus and ability to articulate the risks in a succinct manner to appropriate audience, including C suite level stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working with high-performing technical teams in complex program execution environment
