The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (“GFCC”) Strategic Programs and Integrations team covers both global and business-aligned functions supporting the firm's Anti-Money Laundering (“AML“), Sanctions and Anti-Corruption programs and policies. As a Project Manager, you'll lead and participate in projects for various initiatives, including but not limited to: Strategic transformation projects and/or business aligned acquisitions and integrations.
In this position you will review, engage, and oversee the implementation of strategic programs across GFCC functions and initiatives. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle, business process changes, configuration changes or system modifications. Through strong partnerships and collaboration efforts with the Lines of Business, Senior GFCC Stakeholders, Operations and Technology counterparts, you'll work on project deliverables. Additionally, you'll assist in the overall coordination and management of programs, including status, scorecards, and other key project management functions.
Job responsibilities
- Successfully manage multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously from design to implementation
- Build relationships with stakeholders, to understand process and solutions that will maximize efficiencies whilst maintaining an appropriate risk landscape
- Production of management information, scorecards and reports covering a range of subjects, meeting required deadlines
- Engagement in strategic projects providing guidance to business regarding policies, risk, location strategy and control management
- Opine on and influence changes in the operating model and supporting Technology

- Retail banking experience or knowledge
