As a Technical Product Manager in our Cloud Migration Engineering and Execution (CMEE) team, you will work on some of the most complex problems imaginable at the intersection of two dynamic industries - Finance and Technology. Develop products that can change the way our clients operate, and how Banking is done today – and tomorrow. You will Influence decisions on Product Strategy, Platform Strategy, Client Engagement and implement innovative technology-based solutions
Job responsibilities
- Defining and refining a product’s vision in the face of relentless change
- Aligning that product’s vision to the wider objectives of J.P. Morgan
- Cultivating a deep and nuanced understanding of your product’s users – from interviewing users to synthesizing usage data and market trends
- Collaborate with the firms Design and User Experience teams, providing clear requirements derived from user research to develop a best-in-class platform offering
- Working closely with developers to both build the right thing, and build it in the right way
- Manage the functional and technical requirements of business stakeholders to support their core requirements, and align it to ongoing development work
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a strong track record of product deliveries
- You have a strong technical background, with experience working on cloud, managed services, developer experience platform
- You have experience working on Infrastructure Provisioning & Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Monitoring with clear understanding of Day 1, Day 2 operations
- You should be familiar with a typical journey of a developer from building code, modernize, deploy, to manage and operate
- You have experience generating product collaterals that explains positioning, messaging, and capture what problems the product is solving
- You have 5+ years of experience in a product role
- You have the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and the ability to influence peers by articulating the product offering and value to business partners
