The Digital & Platform Services transformation team is responsible for the delivery of the Strategic End State Programs to improve the overall client on-boarding experience while reducing the time and cost of onboarding.
The Digital & Platform Services transformation team is looking for an Vice President level Senior Business Analyst responsible for the development and the maintenance of strategic program deliverables within Client On-boarding. If you have extensive Business Analysis experience, can take the initiative and function successfully in collaborative environments across varying stakeholder groups this is a great role for you! You should be a strong facilitator and critical thinker while remaining curious and empathetic in achieving process standards and performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of projects for the Transformation Product Development group using standard Agile project delivery methodologies
- Role encompasses business analysis to identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions versus benefits
- Work with Business Architects to define and deliver innovative solutions to solve complex business problems
- Lead and mentor junior Business Analysts
- Product Owner responsibilities for the delivery roadmap, story prioritization and maintaining JIRA hygiene
- Apply change management approaches and methodologies to lead change to operating models, standardization of technologies and streamline operational processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in a business analysis role in the banking/financial industry
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques including UML and Data modelling.
- Extensive experience of working in an agile delivery model, and writing User Stories using industry standard techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA as well as technical skills e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across teams to meet deliverables
