Job responsibilities:
- Encourage efficient practice and create thinking time for the leadership team through proactive, simple, consistent organizational support and leadership
- Design and support of strategic group communications - including Group Town Halls, Group Leadership Video messages, year-end messages and organization announcements
- Design and own ongoing group communications - including weekly/monthly Group newsletters/updates, Group symphony messaging/maintenance and Group intranet development/maintenance
- Ownership and support for Senior Stakeholder Forums and communication strategies. Scheduling, agenda planning and preparation planning
- Manage Business Reviews, Executive Reporting, Leadership Meetings and Offsite/planning other business events
- Meet finance targets through implementation of best practices around travel and engagement expenditure, recruitment and productivity
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Assimilates broad-ranging information quickly and able to distil into key points
- Good data analysis, Power Point and Excel skills

- Ability to analyze and integrate information to formulate a “story” for Senior Management, supported by strong PowerPoint abilities to create impactful visualization
- Strong data centric and problem solving mindset prepared to puzzle-solve and design innovative solutions
- Challenge mindset & intellectually curious – agile, inquisitive, diverse, confident to question the status quo, courage to challenge
- Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
