Global Credit Trading - ETF Market Maker - Associate or Vice President

The Associate or Vice President level role in our team requires expertise in Credit and Equities markets. You will be responsible for our Credit ETF market making platform, and should be able to work across multiple teams within the organization to implement our strategic vision.

Job responsibilities:

• ETF trader for EUR Credit bond indices, pricing a broad suite of credit ETFs for clients and managing the risk around that
• Managing the risk includes optimizing what macro credit hedge to use, timing of when to hedge and also how to rates hedge
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients helping to build our credit ETF franchise
• Maintain and lead the development of the ETF auto quoter price and general technology of the credit ETF eco system

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• You demonstrable experience in trading
• You bring a proven ability to operate commercially in a sell-side trading environment
• You demonstrate a basic programming or working with a tech heavy product
• You demonstrate ability to work well as part of a team, strong organizational skills and work ethic
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree and strong quantitative skills

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
