As a Risk and Control Execution Lead in CTO, you will be joining a team that is delivering transformational strategic firm-wide solutions. The Team need your risk and control experience to support them pro-actively manage operational risk with a focus on delivery.
You will work with the Team to plan, manage and execute risk and control items including issues, action plans, application breaks, vulnerabilities, adoption of Identity and Access Management solutions, interaction with control processes plus preparation for Audits and Regulatory exams.
The role includes involvement with Senior Management, Product Line and Product Owners, Application Owners and internal Technical Control (CTC) partners
Role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Focus and ability to articulate risks and delivery plan in a succinct manner to appropriate audience including C suite level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of risk and control management
- Experience working with high-performing technical teams in complex program execution environment
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
The Chief Technology Office (CTO) oversees enabling emerging technology into the fabric of the firm.
