As an International Fraud Awareness and Project Manager you will act as a trusted individual contributor and partner with the Asset & Wealth Management leadership team. The position is two-fold: Fraud Awareness- Plan and facilitate internal stakeholder and client fraud education. This part of the role is tasked with creating content and using presentation skills to conduct virtual and in-person presentations to employees and clients. Candidates must be comfortable working with clients, relationship managers and senior management; Project Manager- Formulate strategies to achieve customer and financial objectives while driving integration activities with a fraud prevention focus. This part of the role will partner with other project managers across lines of business to enhance tools used by employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and facilitation of client and internal cybersecurity and fraud education sessions
- Create cybersecurity and fraud awareness materials for internal stakeholders and client fraud awareness
- Support internal fraud awareness requests, as needed
- Analyze awareness-related problems and feedback, and strategize for better solutions
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews; track and compile collected data
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all client sessions and training materials
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven Client Servicing experience and training facilitation experience
- Strong communication skills with all levels of management
- Stakeholder Engagement: demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
- Project management skills is highly desirable
- General financial crimes knowledge
- Prior Financial Analytics and reporting skills
- Track record of successfully interacting with stakeholders to create business cases and drive complex initiatives with broad requirements across multiple functional groups and levels within an organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Material Design Subject Matter Expert– Significant experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders; attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
- Knowledge of SCRUM/Project Charter applications system
- Previous experience in both Waterfall & Agile project methodology
