Job Responsibilities
As a Specialty Product Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Have the ability to work numerous tasks simultaneously that can be unrelated in nature and meet deadline
- You will support agent processes, tools and products including iQCX/Cornerstone and FROSCH mobile application integration
- Be able to create PNR’s in GDS for appropriate test scenarios for specific software applications including but not limited to IQCX
- Use your initiative to research issues documenting findings and solutions
- Conduct End to end testing required with strong aptitude outside obvious
- You will provide day to day internal & external client support
- Also maintain support to Corporate, Leisure and IC for PNR errors
- Manage and update iQCX system tables with accuracy and confidence
- Be methodical and process daily/weekly data feeds with 100% accuracy
- Able to work unsupervised in a virtual team environment
- Willing to take additional training as needed or available
Work Environment
- FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- You must have GDS knowledge: Sabre mandatory, Apollo a plus
- Must be able to make and diagnose reservations in Sabre
- Good working knowledge with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Must have willingness to learn and understand the processes of mid-office (iQCX)
- Understanding of variable and regular expressions a plus
- Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
- Have a general understanding a PNR Lifecycle
- Self-directed, highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, meeting tight deadlines
- Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
