As the Payments Global Head Of Migrations you will be responsible for working closely with our teams of Implementation, Technical Implementation, Client Service, Product Management, Channels, Technology, Sales and Relationship Management. You will be the global lead, responsible for the planning, management, budgeting, execution and executive stakeholder reporting for all system and channel migrations that directly impact the firm’s Corporate and Financial Institutional clients. The channels include, but are not limited to API, H2H, SWIFTNet FileAct, SWIFT FIN and JPMorgan Access.
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, management, budgeting, execution and executive stakeholder reporting for all system and channel migrations that directly impact the Corporate and Institutional clients of the firm
- Design and lead global migration strategies and the personnel interacting with our clients, who will ensure smooth transition to Client Services as the migrations complete
- Provide leadership, gather requirements, analysis, planning and expertise with all digital products.
- Lead migration meetings and forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups to ensure product and technical migrations are understood in accordance with the direction and demands of the business
- Attend meetings and training as required, to continue development and product knowledge and become a subject matter expert in all channels and products
- Collaborate and innovate with partners in Product Management, Channels, Sales, Technology and Client Service
- Be the escalation point of contact for all Payments stakeholders for client impacting elements of all migrations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience implementing complex solutions – SWIFT FIN, SWIFTNet FileAct, Host to Host, SFTP, FTPS,AS2, API, JSON, Open Banking, ISO 20022 XML, MT***, EDI
- Project Management skills – Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall
- Transaction Banking business and technical experience – Payments and Cash Management, Trade and supply Chain Services, Global Custody
- Proven experience with Channel and large scale system migrations
- Exceptional business and technical analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- European languages (in addition to fluent English (mandatory))
- Presentation experience at industry events and to C-suite executives
- Qualified SWIFT For Corporates Specialist and / or ACT CertICM
- Extensive experience in Financial Services including FinTech organisations
