As an Artificial Intelligence& Data Operations Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, you will combine your knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data, Digital tools, and Program/Project Management skills with your business expertise to manage multiple, global, high impact programs/initiatives end-to-end. The projects you deliver are generally scalable, impact multiple functional/business areas (and clients), and involve coordination across technology, product, operations, compliance, and more.
Job responsibilities:
- Apply your expertise in AI (artificial intelligence), Data, Technology and Functional areas to operationalize custom, end-to-end, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) solutions for clients and support strategic global projects that deliver significant business/client impact which often includes financials saves, risk avoidance, reduction in operational cost, etc.
- Leverage Project Management (PM) methodologies to design and deliver these highly complex solutions with an efficient time to market
- Manage relationship between internal research and design, engineering and technology teams to create bespoke AI solutions that are fit for purpose, high performing and scalable
- Design and implement operating models, ensure compliance of innovative solutions against all applicable governance and risk requirements
- Assess change opportunities through analyzing data, process mining/re-engineering, opportunities to apply digital toolkits / bespoke AI Solutions and opportunities to scale
- Create metrics and reporting for aligned programs and actively engage / update senior management on progress and highlight emerging risks/challenges early
- Actively participate in mentoring/coaching junior talent within the team and more broadly across the firm; add to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Significant experience in the Financial Services, AI/Data Analytics, consulting or a related industry
- Strong understanding of Financial Products/Services, Banking Operations, Technology, Data, and Artificial Intelligence
- Applicable knowledge of Project Management best practices - Industry Certifications (such as PMP, Agile, Scrum-Master, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proven history delivering end-to-end large scale/global projects that involve a high level of complexity and provide significant business impacts
- Ability to dissect complex problems, and create crisp/clear updates to senior management in the form of program metrics, reporting, Steer Co’s, etc.
- Great client / stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Working knowledge of “no-code/low-code” tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Instabase, etc. with experience building solutions with these tools.
