Client Training Manager - Associate

An exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Client Training team supporting and training multiple stakeholder groups within the EMEA Global Investment and Corporate Banking. We are looking for an experienced trainer with financial industry knowledge. Ideal candidate should be a self-starter who has a keen interest in technology.

Job responsibilities

  • Deliver including in-person and virtual instructor-led training.
  • Engage directly with JP Morgan Access users on a daily basis by providing onsite support.
  • Understand the different roles of end users, including bankers, business managers and administrative staff.
  • Ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency in the various in house developed desktop, web and mobile applications.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of training content
  • Collect end-user feedback for the broader technology team to incorporate into future design/enhancements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in developing and delivering various training materials and modalities, including in-person, virtual and digital training
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently to all levels of seniority in a high-pressure environment
  • Previous client training experience and/or Business Analysis an advantage
  • Financial Services experience ideal, but first class customer training also considered
  • Project management experience and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in working with different levels of stakeholders and external clients would be beneficial.
  • The ability to adapt to fast changing situations and problem solve.
