Product Manager – Savings – Chase UK

The Role-
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to for Chase’s biggest revenue-driving product- Chase Saver. You will be working with technology partners to define the product roadmap and build new savings products and features
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for Savings in the UK
- Work with technology partners to define the product roadmap and build new savings products and features
- Define product requirements with the ability to provide product feature recommendations based off analysis
- Manage the in-market product for Chase’s current Savings Account: Chase Saver
- Work with dependent squads and third party vendor to manage interest rate changes in response to BoE updates
- Work across the customer life cycle to assess product usage and customer suitability and identify opportunities to enhance product offering.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks associated with the product
- Own the processes and journeys for Savings in the UK
- Ensure all Savings products are legal and regulatory compliant and are updated as regulation evolves
- Work with partners in Germany to support launch of Savings
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Agile product development experience
- Strong understanding of retail Savings products
- Experience of developing or utilising digital solutions for Savings
- Understanding of the regulatory environment and demonstrable ability to navigate regulatory and governance requirements throughout the product development process
- The ability to design and develop a product holistically – across app experience, operational support and customer servicing
- A reasonable level of technical expertise and eye for detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities / deadlines without compromising quality
- The ability to incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process
- Must be capable of independent decision-making as well as able to take direction
- The ability to define an appropriate product MVP and improve through feedback and iteration
- Experience in defining, developing and enhancing simple to use, intuitive customer experiences
- Understanding that as a product owner you are the advocate of the customer
