As Trade Reporting in our Regulatory Reporting team, you will contribute to shaping our strategy by defining, refining, and delivering complete, timely and accurate trade reporting which delivers against regulatory expectations. Demonstrating strong analytical acumen, you will leverage your deep understanding of EMIR, MIFIDII and CFTC trade reporting regulations to make informed decisions as well as delivery of best practices
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be our lead to validate the accuracy of our Trade Reporting for EMIR, MIFID II, CFTC, FMIA, HKMA / MAS regulations to multiple worldwide regulators
- Working with our external expert vendor, you will follow up issues where they‘ve identified that our reporting is potentially incorrect, you will figure what the root cause is and how to fix it
- Able to work independently to interpret and capture of the regulations into business requirement documents
- Coordinate analysis of efforts across teams in Edinburgh, Geneva and Bangalore and work with key stakeholders including Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance teams
- Accountable for review and where required sign off of business requirements within the team
- Perform substantive testing of requirements to validate that implementation is correct
- Writing and presenting detailed reports of findings to senior management, including background into the requirements and recommendations on resolution of immediate and long-term issues associated with regulatory reporting

- Ability to critically review and challenge interpretation and application of scenarios relating to trade reporting rules
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements
- Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across various groups and regions
Preferred capabilities and skills:
- Experience of working in a Trade Reporting environment and previously delivered regulatory change
- Knowledge of MIFID and EMIR trade reporting regulations
- Good understanding Derivatives Investment products
- Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation with the ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals
