Payments Client Service - Service Transformation Project Manager

The Global Strategic Delivery team leads strategic initiatives across the Payments Client Service organization, to position the business to best serve our clients. We are responsible for a variety of "change the bank" projects that drive the business forward.

As a Payments Client Service - Service Transformation Project Manager in Payments you will manage across transformation and change initiatives focused on delivering the service tools of the future to the global client service teams that will transform user experiences and deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage projects as part of the Global Client Service strategy, including effectively gathering, understanding and representing business requirements
  • Partner with senior management, Client Service, Operations, Product, Technology and Controls stakeholders to ensure initiatives are running as planned
  • Create and maintain project plans, drive accountability and ensure target deliverable dates are achieved
  • Track issues/defects and work with upstream CIB partners to prioritize and fix the issues raised
  • Coordinate working group meetings where required, setting the agenda, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes and ensuring clear ownership of action items.
  • Present results and recommendations to senior service executives while considering business nuances and organizational vision
  • Develop and facilitate metrics / materials for regular Business Reviews that provide meaningful business insights, analytics and updates to senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Previous relevant project management experience
  • Ability to work independently, driving projects to successful completion
  • Proven project management skills including core project tooling
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and interact with senior level management
  • Ability to create executive-level presentations with clear and impactful messaging (Powerpoint)
  • Ability to organize /analyse complex data (Excel)
