Job Summary:
This role will provide the opportunities to define the strategies and execute them to enhance J.P. Morgan’s market leading business platforms as a product owner. You will be working closely with front office partners in Trading, Sales, QR, Structuring, middle office and technology. Our team covers a broad range of products related to Synthetics Index & Equities and ETF to ensure that the end to end platform meets the rapid business expansions & growth. We ensure that each initiative will implement solutions in a controlled fashion to create scalable business platforms as well as to conform to the regulatory and legal requirements by working with legal and compliance experts.

Job responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis by collaborating with trading, sales, middle office and technology partners to understand their current processes and pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Define, facilitate and execute the business strategies with a wide range of stakeholders by capturing business requirements for technology enhancement to expand the business and product offering with automation
- Effectively and proactively support communications with stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with global technology teams in the development of change
- Lead, or participate in projects or initiatives as assigned, and working group meetings – assume responsibility for selected program work streams related regional and global initiatives
- Work with technology teams to ensure that projects are well documented and managed and stakeholders are kept well informed of progress
- Lead/support work streams to adapt systems to further meet JPMC standards
- Constantly assess risk and controls to ensure they are understood and effectively mitigated
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- University degree, specialising in Business, Technology or equivalent
- Work experience in Equity Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, and/or Product Development preferred
- Solid product knowledge of Equities OTC & Listed Derivatives and securities
- End to end process understanding from RFQ, Trading, Booking, Settlement
- Project management skills, ability to deconstruct a project into achievable deliverables
- Great collaboration skills, able to work with different individuals, across all levels, and partner effectively with a wide range of groups, leading teams to high performance
- Ability to lead an agenda and consensus across multi-functional and cross regional teams
- Proven track record of effectively resolving issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery, against tight deadlines
- Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, ability to manage competing demands and execute with appropriate sense of urgency
- A pragmatic problem solver and “out-of-the box” analytical thinker that is capable of challenging the operating norm and making recommendations
- A keen awareness of Compliance, Risk and Controls
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
