As the Talent Program Lead, you will be responsible for designing and leading a new best-in-class two-year apprenticeship program to deliver diverse future talent into a customer-service orientated organization. Demonstrating strategic thought leadership, as well as strong execution capabilities, your reach will also extend to the broader Chase Merchant Services global organization to develop and lead people related objectives. Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Emerging Talent team to design and execute a new best-in-class two-year apprenticeship program focused on Customer Services with French bilingual capabilities, including selecting and partnering with a UK academics provider to support the program
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruiting teams, both campus and experienced, to leverage best practices and to develop and execute diverse recruitment strategies by designing and implementing an inclusive end-to-end process from application to assessment
  • Take primary responsibility for ensuring exceptional candidate experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Seek out opportunities to build relationships with representatives from schools and colleges locally, particularly those with French language skills, and represent the firm at school and college events by presenting to students on apprenticeship opportunities
  • Responsibility for executing all safeguarding requirements with respect to employment of minors
  • Provide oversight, mentorship and support for individual apprentices during the course of their program
  • Lead other people related program opportunities within the global Chase Merchant Services organization, contributing to the wider team agenda

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and previous program management experience
  • Extensive business recruiting experience with a strong and demonstrated focus on the candidate experience and diversity
  • High standards and attention to detail; strong planning, organization and time management skills
  • Highly consultative and decisive partner to clients; excellent relationship manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups of people
  • Passion for working with and assessing school and college students
  • Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bilingual French speaking preferred
  • Ability to perform own data analyses and visualizations using a variety of tools (e.g. MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau)
  • Previous experience with designing and establishing new talent programs

Work Schedule

  • Must be willing to work in the office minimum of three days per week
