Business Transformation is a global team that works with all the different Asset Management business lines to help effectively deliver change programs. Assignments can arise from priorities set by the Asset Management Operating Committee or from anticipating and responding to significant industry or regulatory change. Engaging with senior stakeholders and partner with a broad range of business lines and functions to drive change throughout Asset Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the business to identify solutions for the enhancement, development and implementation of scalable and robust operating models, ensuring alignment to strategic business initiatives or regulatory technical standards
- Accountability for ensuring changes are delivered per agreed timeline and managing smooth implementation delivery activity and ensuring the initiative is accepted / owned into business
- Deliver regular updates / briefings with stakeholders, to review the performance in detail to ensure change goals are aligned and monitored
- Produce required project documentation (including but not limited to) project initiation documents, project plans, risks and issues logs, status reports, closures reports, lessons learned and post implementation reviews
- Clearly communicate business requirements to Technology so they can prepare technical specifications and systematic solutions where required
- Coordination with the business teams to ensure operating model design, build and implementation is accepted and approved by all business stakeholders, before go live of the initiative
- Manage the delivery of required business communications, both internal and external, and training to support transition and project closure
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Effective project management skillset (Project planning, stakeholder engagement, requirement specification, solution development, risk and issue management, implementation)
- Demonstrable experience developing project related documentation and maintaining good project governance
- Experience in translating requirements into solution designs, and facilitating onward prioritisation
- Aptitude at relationship building with all types of stakeholders, with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams e.g. across change management, business and third party vendors
- Ability to manage number of activities concurrently to achieve successful outcomes for business, colleagues
- Intermediate or advanced level in all MS office applications. Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 etc.) and knowledge of asset management would be an advantage
