Job responsibilities
- Develops and executes low code automation strategy:As a lead in the low code automation practice, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive strategy to introduce and mature the low code automation capability across Asset and Wealth Management
- Leads and executes High Value Automation Engagements : As an experienced Low Code Workflow Automation specialist, you will lead critical projects and team resources to reengineer and, automate processes and workflows in partnership with Technology and business users. You will also be responsible for managing key stakeholders across each engagement you are driving.
- Drives business value. Responsible for sourcing, managing, and delivering a portfolio of high value engagements that drive measurable business value to the organization's bottom line. In addition, you will responsible for measuring the impact of portfolio on an ongoing basis, and for building a business case that enables the capability's growth and federation.
- Leads the development and rollout of the Low Code Workflow Automation capability across Asset and Wealth Management. This includes building the capability from the ground up, driving tool selection, product strategy, developing methodology, standards, governance models, and managing all aspect of rolling out the capability.
- Develops the low code automation capability within the organization including building the operating model, creating collaboration with technology on setting up the capability, and developing a strategic roadmap for the capability's growth and development and drive low code automation development strategy across Asset and Wealth Management leveraging a mix of technical resources and citizen developer. Manage all aspects of building and maturing a CoE around low code workflow automation including talent, tools and processes. Work with technology to create required infrastructure to support the capability of low code automation
- Contributes to the growth of the capability through continuous delivery, enhancement and service innovation and partner with data and technology teams to identify and develop reusable assets for data sourcing and other micro services. Build a portfolio of projects in a business consulting environment, and support all aspects of its execution lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement
- Drives training courses and curriculum around low code workflow automation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Extensive relevant experience in space of business process management, process design, re-engineering, automation, technology consulting, and digital transformation capabilities. Experience working across workflow automation capabilities and a deep understating of low code implementation lifecycle and in defining and executing strategies to introduce technical capabilities in financial services organizations
- Expertise and proven track record of delivering business value using low code automation platforms like Unqork, Pega Low Code, Appian, Mendix, Outsystems and experience with designing, conceptualizing and operationalizing new digital capabilities, organizational designs, business processes, governance structures and measurement programs to execute transformation strategies
- Ability to develop client relationships, and to leverage those relationships to identify automation opportunities. Expertise in building, managing and delivering portfolio of automation initiatives with measurable impact
- Extensive relevant experience on SDLC and Agile development framework through practice. Knowledge on model driven development capabilities using BPMN, CMMN, DMN are strongly desired. Experience in process improvement and process re-engineering frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Understanding of core concepts of data analysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs, KGIs etc.
- Proven record of using process mapping and improvement techniques to improve processes and Ability to hold and independently drive stakeholder and working group conversations on projects.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Technical background in workflow automation, application development is recommended, however, not mandatory
- Consulting or working experience within capital markets and financial services domain will be a plus
- Experience of managing and leading a team of developers and consultants in a matrix set-up
