Job summary:

This position will be primarily focused on supporting International Coverage Executives (ICEs) for the Network Portfolio. The role will have three main pillars: sales and relationship management support, data management and client outreach. In the support function the analyst will work directly with two assigned ICEs helping with meeting preparation, Implementation Requests (IRs), billing and various other client experience enhancing needs. This might include working on: pricing, pitchbooks, deal analysis, meeting prep, and general client queries. Network is a large portfolio representing around 80% of the clients in CBI EMEA.

Our junior resource will be expected to monitor data integrity and manipulate large amounts of information comfortably within Excel. They will be engaged and expected to work independently on various clearly defined projects to benefit the way we run the Network business. The final pillar of the role is working on developing an end to end program for Network Thought Leadership.

Job responsibilities:

  • Interfacing with clients on day-to-day enquiries relating to their JPM accounts
  • Leverage internal/external network of contacts to support clients and ICEs
  • Assist in maintaining integrity of relationship management systems
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations for existing and prospective customers
  • Assume responsibility of reviewing and upholding data integrity for Network population in wider CBI reports
  • Establish a framework and content for specific thought leadership series focused on population of clients within Network
  • Attend client meetings virtually or in person as appropriate

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Degree level qualification and relevant experience in finance-related sales, corporate relationship management, or portfolio management with proven problem solving experience is highly preferred
  • Broad commercial banking product knowledge and/or experience would be an advantage – cash management, payments, FX, overdrafts and traditional trade products etc. Knowledge of treasury services products a clear advantage
  • Business-level proficiency in English and fluency in other western European languages would be advantageous
