Do you want to know what the “Pool” is? The “Pool” is the collection of all JPMC Primary Cash Accounts (Nostros) in EMEA for the purposes of booking all Expense and redirecting to the appropriate Line of Business.
Global Cash Account and Reconciliation Platform Strategic Vision
As a Cas Account Expence Pool Lead in Nostros, you will deliver operational and strategic support to Treasury CIO. Including cash position projections, predictions, and post cash movement analysis on managed accounts. Automation and enhancement of the cash movement processes and remediation of the existing cash Nostro landscape, to improve account data quality, strengthen controls and address lost revenues, increased costs, and operational inefficiencies would be your priorities.
Job responsibilities
- Meet financial objectives by further improving the P&L impact of the Pool
- Achieve global Pool coverage by delivering equivalent capability for WHEM & APAC
- Industrialising the underlying processes & tools used to manage the Pool to achieve sustainability, scalability, and service level optimisation
- Enabling a comprehensive full-service database/dashboard capability for all Pool data through collaboration with data and tech partners
- Visualisation of data to drive decision making, prioritisation and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with key partners (Settlement Operations, Finance Controllers, Product Controllers, Cash Asset Class Controllers)
- Ensure management receives accurate progress reporting, is aware of risks and concerns and issues are escalated promptly

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Cash, Payments or Finance
- Experience of Business Intelligence capability such as Tableau/Alteryx/Qlikview etc.
- Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Data Analysis – skills to source, analyse and visualize large data sets that leads to usable outcomes
