Global Sales and Marketing – E-commerce FICC Sales – Analyst

Job responsibilities:

  • You will be actively selling/marketing the JPMorgan e-FICC suite of execution tools with the aim of growing electronic revenues and market share.
  • You are responsible for understanding the client cross product wallet and understanding the opportunity set, with a strategic approach to maintain, grow and track in coordination with all the internal stakeholders
  • You will be managing the existing e-relationships, keeping the clients abreast of new JPM product enhancements and initiatives as well as informing them on ecommerce trends, new emergent products.
  • You will need to understand how we are performing electronically through MIS and client relationships to enhance and manage the inquiry and flow.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating fees and implementing spreads with the goal to improve profitability by optimizing revenues and volumes.
  • You will be collaborating with both internal teams within the firm and external vendors. The trading desk, technology teams, voice sales teams and management teams are just a few of the groups that you will be collaborating with on a daily basis in order to grown the cross product franchise.
  • Understand our clients/prospective clients execution needs to help build bespoke solutions in order to win market share. You will be a business sponsor for development work, responsible for working with product/ecommerce sales and trading on specific products/functionality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Be competent at deciphering large data sets to fully understand opportunities and market share gains.
  • Be target driven and able to manage a pipeline for your region/client base.
  • Have a good understanding of the ecommerce markets/competitive landscape/regulatory changes to make sure we assist the technology team in building the tools that our client base and prospective client base will use.
  • Sales/front office experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce/trading platforms and protocols.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
