Job responsibilities
- Is responsible for monitoring dealing dashboard
- Ensures timely placement of high value and sensitive deals
- Liaises directly with clients via OTM, Email, Zoom or in person to resolve their queries which could relate to a number of different instrument type
- Acts as an escalation point for client issues

- Be able to prioritise and escalate effectively
- Work in a fast paced environment as part of a busy and lively team
- Be able to build strong relationships internally and with client and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of issues and manage end to end resolution
- Must be able to prioritise effectively, be flexible in terms of prioritisation, work extremely well under pressure
- Must adhere to all risk and control procedures
- Ideal candidate will have a calm and methodical approach to managing the Unit Dealing trades received
