As a Transaction Reporting Vice President in our Regulatory Reporting team, you will help us to shape our strategy and to define, refine, and deliver complete, timely and accurate trade reporting which delivers against regulatory expectations.

Demonstrating strong analytical acumen, you will leverage your deep understanding of EMIR, MIFID II and CFTC trade reporting regulations to make informed decisions as well as delivery of best practices.

Job responsibilities:

• Works in collaboration with upstream business teams to ensure that we receive accurate and timely information
• Ensures the complete, timely and accurate delivery of our Trade Reporting for EMIR, MIFID II, CFTC, FMIA, HKMA / MAS regulations to multiple worldwide regulators
• Collaborates across teams in Edinburgh, Geneva and Bangalore and works with key stakeholders including Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance teams
• Manages exceptions for transactions which require additional information or repair
• Works independently to interpret requirements when there are changes to the regulations
• Reviews and where required signs off of business requirements within the team
• Performs substantive testing of requirements to validate that implementation is correct

• Experience of working in a Trade Reporting environment
• Delivered regulatory change
• Knowledge of MIFID and EMIR trade reporting regulations
• Good understanding Derivatives Investment products
